Our original course established in 2011, hundreds of former Writing Your Novel students have now gone on to become published authors. Take your writing seriously, hone your novel and become empowered to pitch it to literary agents. All you need to apply is a unique idea and the opening 3,000 words of a novel.

As part of the CBC alumni community, you’ll continue to receive expert guidance, exclusive opportunities and practical support to help you grow as a writer and take the next steps towards publication.
