In Bootcamp Vol 2, we’ll go deeper still into the thorny topics that might be snagging you as you write your novel or stories. And once again, we’ll get you writing every day to freshen up your thinking and help you power forward.
Sound good? Then it’s time to enrol. Our second 30-Day Writing Bootcamp comprises teaching videos, tasks, writing tips and prompts – created, designed and delivered to you by CBC’s founder and MD, Anna Davis.
If you haven’t yet taken the first 30-Day Writing Bootcamp, we recommend you start with that one and move on to this one later.
Set your own personal target for the bootcamp – whether that’s to write something every day, to achieve a desired word count by the end, to solve problems with a WIP – whatever works for your stage of writing. Acquire new skills through the lessons and try them out in the writing tasks (which can be used to generate lots of new pieces of writing or to progress your WIP).
If you want to join the same student group as friends you’ve met studying with us previously – or with writers you know in real life – please email help@curtisbrowncreative.co.uk and we can arrange this for you.
We suggest setting aside 30-45 minutes to respond to each daily writing task or prompt. You can use the bootcamp to write every day – or catch up later if your schedule doesn’t allow that.
Some students might be inspired to spend longer on certain writing exercises, others might skip certain prompts and focus on the 10 bigger tasks.
For those of you eager to dedicate more time to your writing, the bootcamp is a great accompaniment for any other writing projects you’re working on and can be done simultaneously with a CBC online course.
The Bootcamp doesn’t offer professional editorial feedback on individual work – to get feedback on your work, explore our broad range of courses and report services.
Encourage your writerly friend or loved one to get creative! We have £40 gift vouchers available, enabling you to buy the 30-Day Writing Bootcamp as a present.
